Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 20261. Who we are
TravelOps Pro provides software that travel agencies use to manage packages, enquiries, customers, proposals, bookings and payments. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
2. Scope
This policy applies to our website, the agency workspace, staff accounts, and the public pages we provide for package browsing and enquiry forms.
3. Our role
Agencies use TravelOps Pro to keep records about their customers and travel arrangements. The agency decides what customer information to collect and why. We process that information to provide the service to the agency. If you are a traveller whose details are held by an agency and you want to access, correct or delete them, contact that agency first; we will support the agency in responding.
4. What we collect
- Agency and staff account details: agency name, contact person, email, phone, address and tax details; staff name, email, phone, role and permissions.
- Customer and booking data entered by the agency: information the agency records about its customers and their trips, which may include name, contact details, travel dates, passenger details, passport and visa documents, itineraries, supplier bookings and payment records.
- Enquiries submitted through public forms: name, phone, email, message and travel requirements.
- Subscription and payment records: plan, invoices, transaction references and amounts. Card and banking details are handled by our payment gateway; we do not store them.
- Technical and security data: sign-in activity, notification records, browser and device information, and local browser storage used to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference.
5. How we use it
To provide and operate the service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to send system emails (account and verification, follow-up notifications, and proposals or invoices the agency shares); to process subscriptions and payments; to provide support; to keep change and audit records; and to maintain and improve reliability.
6. What we do not do
We do not run marketing campaigns or send marketing emails from the platform. We do not sell personal information. We do not share one agency’s data with another agency.
7. Sharing with service providers
We use infrastructure, email and payment providers to run the service. They process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
8. Retention
We keep information while the agency’s account is active, and afterwards as required for legal, tax and audit purposes. Retention of customer and booking records is controlled by the agency.
9. Security
Access to agency data is controlled by roles and permissions, and each agency’s data is kept separate within the platform. Passwords are stored hashed, and payment card details never reach our servers.
10. Your choices
Agency staff can update their account details in the workspace. For account access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@travelops.pro. For traveller data, contact the agency that holds your booking.
11. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the workspace or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
